Regional Account Manager:
On behalf of our HVACR client, Procom is searching for a Regional Account Manager for a permanent role. This position is a remote position within the assigned regional territory of Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, or Virginia.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Regional Account Manager to develop and grow a defined regional territory within the HVACR industry. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding market presence through sustainable HVAC products and service solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on both expanding existing accounts and developing new business opportunities while positioning the company as a trusted partner in energy efficiency and environmentally responsible HVACR solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers through regular in-person, phone, and virtual engagement
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts by understanding customer needs and delivering value-based solutions
• Prospect and develop new customers and untapped market segments within the territory
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure strong service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition and competitive advantages in the market
• Promote HVACR products and service offerings to prospective clients
• Utilize CRM tools and sales systems to manage pipeline activity, track opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasts
• Participate in industry events, professional organizations, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence
