 Procom is searching for a Software Asset Management Implementation Specialist for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office.

Software Asset Management Implementation Specialist - Job Description:
The project involves the implementation of Software Asset Management (SAM) using the SAMPRO module in ServiceNow. The primary objective is to upload and correct entitlements in SAMPRO and drive compliance across the organization. The role will also involve addressing data cleanup challenges to ensure accurate asset management.

Software Asset Management Implementation Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Upload and correct entitlements in SAMPRO
• Drive compliance across the organization
• Collaborate with the SAM team to ensure accurate asset management
• Address data cleanup challenges
• Engage with stakeholders for deliverable outputs

Software Asset Management Implementation Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with SAMPRO module in ServiceNow
• Understanding of ServiceNow Tables
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with data entry and reconciliation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the SAM team

Software Asset Management Implementation Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• CIS-SAM certification
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in cross-division collaboration
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in accessible technology

Software Asset Management Implementation Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
