On behalf of our Legal client, Procom is searching for a Law Clerk - US Immigration for an immediate role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Toronto office.

Law Clerk - US Immigration - Job Description:
The role involves working on U.S. immigration applications, focusing on extraordinary ability and specialized knowledge petitions. The candidate will support the legal team with various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient processing of immigration-related documentation.

Law Clerk - US Immigration - Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, printing, scanning, and compiling U.S. immigration applications and related documents.
• Coordinating the movement of work between local offices.
• Updating internal case management and document management systems with details of work.
• Assisting the legal team with administrative tasks as needed.

Law Clerk - US Immigration - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Law Clerk.
• Legal experience in a law firm or high-volume legal environment.
• Previous experience with U.S. Immigration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.

Law Clerk - US Immigration – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Database management experience.
• Experience with US O-1 Extraordinary Ability petitions.
• Experience with US L-1B Specialized Knowledge petitions.
• Previous legal administrative assistant experience.

Law Clerk - US Immigration – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position with potential for permanent hire after the contract period.
