Change Manager:
On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Change Manager for a 6 month contract role. This position is a remote position based out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Change Manager - Job Description:
The Change Manager will support organizational change activities related to multiple projects, including technology transformation and process optimization initiatives. The role involves developing communication plans, coordinating training efforts, and monitoring adoption to ensure successful change implementation.

Change Manager - Responsibilities:
• Conduct change impact assessments
• Develop and execute communication plans
• Define success measures for change adoption
• Coordinate training efforts
• Coach leads on how to effectively sponsor and reinforce change
• Partner with business SMEs to inform training development
• Support Project Managers and business stakeholders in preparing the organization for upcoming changes
• Track any risks, issues, and dependencies
• Monitor adoption

Change Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of dedicated Change Management Experience
• Prior experience supporting technology transformation projects
• Experience in developing communication plans
• Experience in training development
• Experience in adoption monitoring
• Experience with at least 2 of the following: Order to Cash, Master Data Management, Manufacturing, Product Development, Supply Chain Demand Planning, Procurement, Finance

Change Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in accessible change management practices
• Strong teamwork skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Advanced communication skills

Change Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position with a competitive hourly rate.
