Bilingual (Spanish/English) Business PM- Digital Transformation Strategic Initiatives
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Business PM- Digital Transformation Strategic Initiatives for a 4-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Business PM- Digital Transformation Strategic Initiatives - Job Description:
This role involves managing high-priority digital transformation projects within the banking sector, specifically focusing on strategic initiatives. The project is currently in the planning phase, with a goal for it to continue for one year, pending additional funding.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Business PM- Digital Transformation Strategic Initiatives - Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.
• Coordinate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure continuous improvement.
• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI for tracking and reporting.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Business PM- Digital Transformation Strategic Initiatives - Mandatory Skills:
• 3–5 years of experience managing business-driven technology projects in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Strong command of project management methodologies (Scrum, PMI).
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders across regions.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Business PM- Digital Transformation Strategic Initiatives – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience working in regional or multi-country project environments.
• Familiarity with core banking systems or digital channels (e.g., mobile/web banking).
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) demonstrating agile delivery experience.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Business PM- Digital Transformation Strategic Initiatives – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is 4 months with a good possibility of extension for a total of 1 year, pending additional funding.
