Contract Analyst – Procurement – Corp Real Estate:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Contract Analyst – Procurement – Corp Real Estate for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Contract Analyst – Procurement – Corp Real Estate - Job Description:
The Contract Analyst will be involved in corporate real estate projects, focusing on contract negotiations and pricing cost analysis. The role encompasses managing supplier agreements and ensuring they align with strategic goals.

Contract Analyst – Procurement – Corp Real Estate - Responsibilities:
• Research and evaluate performance requirements of suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, and other relevant factors.
• Administer and negotiate bids, process specifications, provide progress reports, and other exhibits as necessary.
• Request or approve amendments to or extensions of contracts.
• Advise relevant departments of contractual rights and obligations.
• Drive contract negotiations with key suppliers to ensure favorable terms, mitigating risks, and maximizing value for the Bank.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on sourcing initiatives and addressing concerns.
• Lead complex contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring agreements are commercially sound and aligned with the Bank's strategic goals.

Contract Analyst – Procurement – Corp Real Estate - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-7+ years of experience negotiating high-value contracts with suppliers, ensuring agreements are commercially sound and aligned with strategic goals.
• 5 years of experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for sourcing initiatives.
• 3 years of experience with state-of-the-art procurement and analysis technologies.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing.

Contract Analyst – Procurement – Corp Real Estate – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Ability to comprehend complex technical and financial issues and create effective action plans.
• Knowledgeable in financial services and regulations (e.g., OSFI, OCC, CFPB, UDAAP) and their application to Third Party relationships.
• Experience documenting and recording customer/client information.
• Knowledge of supply chain management.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
