Solution Architect:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Solution Architect for a 6-month role. This position is a remote position with candidates required to be near a Schwab Hub in locations such as Dallas, Austin, Denver, or Phoenix.

Solution Architect - Job Description:
We are looking to onboard a Solution Architect to assist with integration planning and data migration. The role involves understanding API development and data/ETL processes, coordinating complex technical environments, and managing interactions with over 70 technical stakeholders using APM data.

Solution Architect - Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall technical design and build of the custom elements of the solution.
• Work as a team member along with the Engagement Manager, Developer, and Solutions Architect to deliver complete solutions.
• Coordinate complex technical environments and manage interactions with multiple stakeholders.

Solution Architect - Mandatory Skills:
• 6-10 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Experience in a large organization as an application architect or lead designer.
• Thorough understanding of web architecture, J2EE, messaging middleware, application integration, and tooling.
• Solid hands-on experience in a mission-critical mid-tier production environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to read and write high and mid-level architecture documentation.
• Development experience with large distributed systems across multiple platforms using Java Application Servers.
• Understanding of object-oriented system architectures utilizing UML and RUP.

Solution Architect – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience building frameworks for a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) or Web Services initiative.
• Awareness of emerging technologies/standards.

Solution Architect – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position for at least 6 months.

ASAP.
