Operations Support Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Operations Support Analyst for a 4 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Operations Support Analyst - Job Description:
The Operations Support Analyst will manage incidents and provide application and system support within Wealth Operations Technology. The role is focused on ensuring the stability and availability of wealth management platforms through effective incident management, operational controls, and stakeholder communication.

Operations Support Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents using Playbook/Intake and ServiceNow.
• Perform triage to identify issue types and track incidents to resolution.
• Provide functional and technical support for wealth platforms.
• Communicate incident status and coordinate with stakeholders, including technology teams and vendors.
• Maintain documentation such as knowledge articles and runbooks.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor changes/releases and support post-release stabilization.

Operations Support Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize team needs
• Organized and diligent with the ability to meet SLAs and deadlines
• Experience fielding escalation issues appropriately
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite

Operations Support Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous experience within the Financial Industry
• Previous Wealth experience

Operations Support Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 4 month contract position.
