On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Data Analyst – SQ/Python for a 5 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Data Analyst – SQ/Python - Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team, focusing on data discovery and collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The project involves developing and maintaining a cloud platform that integrates data from various sources, standardizes processes, and facilitates data publication, ensuring quality, security, and accessibility.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Data Analyst – SQ/Python - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify and analyze complex datasets
• Uncover actionable insights to align data solutions with business needs
• Use SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
• Develop reports and dashboards using Python, R, or BI tools
• Support cloud-based data platform initiatives

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Data Analyst – SQ/Python - Mandatory Skills:
• Spanish-speaking candidates mandatory
• 3 - 4 years of experience in data analysis, data mapping, and data modeling
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R
• Proven track record of working with SMEs
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Data Analyst – SQ/Python – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, pipelines, and ETL processes
• Experience in a regulated financial services or banking environment
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques or machine learning fundamentals
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies

The contract duration is from ASAP to October 31st, with a good possibility of extension.
