FRTB Risk Senior Project Manager:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a FRTB Risk Senior Project Manager for a 11 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

FRTB Risk Senior Project Manager - Job Description:
The FRTB Risk Senior Project Manager will lead risk-related workstreams as part of the Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB) project, focusing on Index and ETF Decomposition Models within the Credit Valuation Adjustment (CVA) team. The role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of these workstreams, ensuring compliance with capital markets risk and regulatory requirements.

FRTB Risk Senior Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Act as risk-based business analysis and project management for FRTB workstreams within CVA
• Coordinate analytical, technology, and control-related workstreams
• Drive consolidation of CVA-related regulatory and internal requirements
• Support the development and execution of an end-to-end risk framework
• Provide program-level oversight and coordination for technical risk BA activities
• Ensure accurate and timely status updates for governance forums
• Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives
• Identify challenges and resolve or escalate risk and issues
• Engage senior CVA stakeholders and produce project update materials
• Lead senior working groups and drive change in FRTB CVA projects

FRTB Risk Senior Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Experienced Project Manager with FRTB experience
• Strong track record in strategic project management
• Significant experience in Credit Valuation Adjustments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of Credit/Equity for Index Decomposition Delivery
• Ability to drive change across a global organization
• Demonstrated analytical skills with problem-solving capability

FRTB Risk Senior Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in Market Risk and Regulatory projects
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
• Project Management certifications such as PMP
• Thought leadership in target state design
• Experience in scoping and developing strategic initiatives

FRTB Risk Senior Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position ending on February 28, 2027.

ASAP.

FRTB Risk Senior Project Manager - Assignment Location:
Mississauga, Ontario, Canada - Hybrid, 3 days in office.
