Sales Enablement Content Specialist:
On behalf of our Financial client, Procom is searching for a Content Creator for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with occasional onsite meetings at our client’s Chicago, IL office 60606. 

Sales Enablement Content Specialist:
The Treasury & Payment Solutions (TPS) Content Creator will support product experts by developing internal and external product-related sales materials and collateral for TPS Commercial Bank in the US and Canada. The role involves collaborating with Product Management to position new products effectively for the sales team.

Responsibilities:
• Support product experts in developing sales materials and product collateral
• Handle intake items related to new product rollouts
• Produce professional documents such as benefit sheets and pitch slides
• Obtain legal/compliance approval for documentation
• Ensure external documentation meets marketing and compliance standards
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information

Mandatory Skills:
• BA or BS in marketing, business management, or communications
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with sales content and collateral
• 3-5 years of banking experience, ideally in Treasury Management Sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• French language skills
• Experience in sales support, project management, technical writing, marketing, or graphic design
• Experience with graphics programs like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
