Scheduler Specialist:
On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for a Scheduler Specialist for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Houston, Texas office.

Scheduler Specialist - Job Description:
The Scheduler Specialist will provide project management support in project planning and scheduling. This role involves collaborating with project managers to develop and review project plans, schedules, and resources, ensuring alignment with project scope and schedule objectives.

Scheduler Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project controls and monitoring procedures
• Prepare and maintain complex engineering and construction schedules
• Ensure project schedules align with company standard WBS
• Facilitate interactive planning sessions
• Prepare project planning and scheduling status reports
• Analyze third-party contractor progress information
• Prepare schedules for commissioning and start-up

Scheduler Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• Full understanding of overall project scheduling fundamentals
• Experience with Level 3 - 5 resource-loaded schedules
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to make decisions involving planning, organizing, and scheduling
• Experience with high-risk capital programs

Scheduler Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Field experience
• Experience with different asset types
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Teamwork-oriented approach

Scheduler Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
