ServiceNow Developer:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a ServiceNow Developer for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

ServiceNow Developer - Job Description:
The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for implementing Identity & Access Management catalog requests and workflows within ServiceNow. This role involves translating business requirements into technical workflows using ServiceNow native functionality and third-party REST APIs.

ServiceNow Developer - Responsibilities:
• Implement Identity & Access Management catalog requests and workflows within ServiceNow
• Translate business requirements into technical workflows
• Develop access request and approval workflows using ServiceNow native functionality
• Utilize third-party REST APIs for integration

ServiceNow Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow catalog builder
• Proficiency in REST APIs
• Experience with ServiceNow Active Directory integrations
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to translate between business and technical requirements
• ServiceNow administration skills
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

ServiceNow Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in accessible design principles
• Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in small teams
• Familiarity with hybrid work environments

ServiceNow Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
