Sales Growth & Marketing Coordinator - Job Description:

Sales Growth & Marketing Coordinator - Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking events, and direct customer engagement
• Identify and qualify prospective customers and partnership opportunities
• Gather customer and market feedback to help refine messaging, positioning, and value propositions
• Support early-stage customer discovery and product-market fit initiatives
• Collaborate with founders on outbound strategy, lead generation, and pipeline development
• Assist with content creation across LinkedIn, email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership initiatives
• Support social media growth and audience engagement strategies

Sales Growth & Marketing Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, SDR/BDR, or Go-to-Market
• Strong writing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable building systems and processes from scratch
• Curious about startups, AI, and emerging technologies
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills

Sales Growth & Marketing Coordinator – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
• AI curiosity and digital-native mindset
• Familiarity with modern marketing and sales tools, AI tools, and automation platforms
• Experience attending networking events and building client relationships
