On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Digital Content Designer, Copywriter - Business Banking Credit Tools for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Digital Content Designer, Copywriter - Business Banking Credit Tools - Job Description:
This role involves collaborating with the business team to enhance a suite of tools aimed at empowering advisors to more effectively address the credit needs of their clients. The designer will be responsible for content design and strategy across the bank’s suite of Business Banking Credit tools, working closely with product, design, and tech partners.

Digital Content Designer, Copywriter - Business Banking Credit Tools - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the business team to enhance credit tools
• Shape content standards across the suite of tools
• Work with product, design, and tech partners on product features
• Contribute to collaborative ideation and design activities
• Plan and prioritize effectively across multiple streams of work

Digital Content Designer, Copywriter - Business Banking Credit Tools - Mandatory Skills:
• Post-secondary education with a degree or diploma
• Portfolio of copywriting work
• At least 4 years of copywriting experience
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards
• Experience with Figma
• Knowledge of design and technology trends
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Digital Content Designer, Copywriter - Business Banking Credit Tools – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in FI/Business Banking Credit tools
• UX research experience
• Proficiency in French
• Content design for AI interfaces
• Experience using AI tools

Digital Content Designer, Copywriter - Business Banking Credit Tools – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
