Payment Operations Analyst x2:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Payment Operations Analyst x2 for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Payment Operations Analyst x2 - Job Description:
This role involves providing day-to-day operational support within a large, data and tech-heavy team environment. The project focuses on executing transactions accurately and on time, while adhering to established guidelines and procedures.

Payment Operations Analyst x2 - Responsibilities:
• Execute transactions accurately, on time, and in line with established guidelines
• Refer or escalate processing or operational issues as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support process improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain working relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
• Complete assigned workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity
• Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes
• Participate fully as a member of the team, supporting a positive work environment

This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion depending on performance.
