Management Consultant:
On behalf of our Education client, Procom is searching for a Management Consultant for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

Management Consultant - Job Description:
The project involves evaluating and evolving the current operating model post the 2021/2022 Service Excellence Transformation at the client. The goal is to assess the maturity of changes, address operational gaps, and design a roadmap for a more responsive and integrated structure aligned with future academic priorities.

Management Consultant - Responsibilities:
• Evaluate the effectiveness of 2021/2022 transformations and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct operational gap analysis between administrative and academic units
• Design a roadmap for the evolution of the Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Lead stakeholder consultations to align evolution with strategic goals
• Develop a phased transition strategy to optimize the operating model

Management Consultant - Mandatory Skills:
• Expertise in strategic management and organizational transformation
• Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving
• Proven experience in project leadership and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to facilitate organizational change and innovation

Management Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of the education sector and its unique challenges
• Experience with service excellence frameworks
• Familiarity with data analysis and market trend evaluation
• Ability to lead workshops and training sessions
• Understanding of institutional strategic planning

Management Consultant – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
