Software Developer - Senior-MS Dynamics:
On behalf of our Government client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - Senior-MS Dynamics for an 8 month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Software Developer - Senior-MS Dynamics - Job Description:
The Software Developer supports the delivery of assigned enhancements of the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) Modernization program, including functionality intentionally sequenced beyond the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Working as part of an integrated development and integrations team comprising internal and vendor resources, the role is responsible for implementing configurations, customizations, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and supporting systems.

Software Developer - Senior-MS Dynamics - Responsibilities:
• Implement configurations, customizations, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Translate approved technical designs and user stories into tested, deployable solutions.
• Collaborate effectively within technical delivery teams.
• Support iterative or enhancement-driven delivery approaches.
• Work within structured governance and security frameworks.

Software Developer - Senior-MS Dynamics - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Proven experience implementing configurations, customizations, and integrations within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting iterative or enhancement-driven delivery approaches, including post-Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solution evolution.
• Experience working within structured governance and security frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Software Developer - Senior-MS Dynamics – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and F&O integration.
• Knowledge of Power Platform.
• Understanding of agile or SDLC-based delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with both automated and manual testing approaches.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

This is an 8 month contract position.
