Project Manager/Leader - Senior:
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager/Leader - Senior for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior - Job Description:
The Project Manager/Leader - Senior will lead a critical project regarding Azure cloud application delivery in Toronto. This role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of cloud application projects, including timelines, scope, risks, and quality across multiple workstreams.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Azure cloud application projects, managing timelines, scope, risks, and quality across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate and guide cross-functional technical teams, including developers, business analysts, architects, and vendors, to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Partner with business and operational stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical plans and drive alignment across teams.
• Oversee project governance, sprint execution, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution while ensuring adherence to cloud, security, and enterprise standards.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements on time, scope, and budget, focusing on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies, and compliance with OPS project management methodologies and frameworks.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years experience leading end-to-end delivery of Azure cloud application projects.
• 8+ years experience coordinating and guiding cross-functional technical teams.
• 8+ years experience overseeing project governance and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to monitor and forecast project costs and provide reporting.
• Experience developing and managing project schedules, deliverables, and scope.
• Demonstrated experience directing project teams to ensure project deliverables are delivered on time.
• Extensive experience coordinating and monitoring project processes.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Public sector experience.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with cloud technologies and cybersecurity.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience in change management.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior - Start Date:
ASAP.

Project Manager/Leader - Senior - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
