Program Delivery Consultant:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Program Delivery Consultant for a 4-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Program Delivery Consultant - Job Description:
The Program Delivery Consultant will be involved in designing, developing, and launching new products and services to enhance customer experiences and drive business revenue. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring diverse solutions to market, leveraging customer insights and strategic planning.

Program Delivery Consultant - Responsibilities:
• Understand multi-channel retail banking and identify transformation opportunities
• Evaluate customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis
• Recommend solutions for banking products based on business analysis
• Design and launch new or enhanced products and services through the program delivery lifecycle
• Leverage customer understanding to drive problem definition and design solutions
• Assist in strategic planning and identify emerging trends
• Provide recommendations on products within the delivery lifecycle
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
• Use data to drive decision-making and inform business cases

Program Delivery Consultant - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in developing high-impact product/service experiences
• Business and product management experience
• In-depth understanding of retail banking with a focus on digital channels
• Knowledge of core product systems and technology architecture
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Experience with both waterfall and agile project frameworks
• Strong communication and change management skills

Program Delivery Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous experience at a financial institution or major bank
• Understanding of design thinking principles
• Ability to synthesize industry trends
• Experience in risk management frameworks
• Vendor management experience

Program Delivery Consultant – Assignment Length:
This is a 4-month contract position.
