What You’ll Do:

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and networking to closing and expanding client relationships.

Engage new clients across the technology and professional services sectors, introducing Procom’s full range of workforce solutions.

Partner with our Recruitment team to deliver high-quality, compelling candidate presentations that showcase the best fit for your clients.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with insights on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and exceed client expectations.

Stay agile and adapt to evolving market needs and client priorities with confidence and speed.
What You Bring:

2+ years of professional sales experience (preferably B2B, IT, or staffing) or 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven sales outcomes.

A track record of hitting or exceeding targets and proactively developing new client relationships through cold calls, referrals, and networking.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.

A team mindset with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
-
A proactive, positive attitude and genuine passion for connecting people and opportunity.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
