Accountant x 2:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for an Accountant x 2 for a 4-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Accountant x 2 - Job Description:
This project addresses a seasonal increase in volume and involves providing a broad range of operational support. The role entails performing general to specialized transactions and processing activities within the Wealth Operations environment.

Accountant x 2 - Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily money movements and review documentation accurately before processing transfers
• Handle investment/securities transfers and run macros using Excel spreadsheets
• Utilize multiple software platforms for processing transfer requests
• Work within a compliance-heavy environment
• Interact with both internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in a brief daily meeting

Accountant x 2 - Mandatory Skills:
• 2-4 years of experience in a banking/financial background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with Macros
• Background in Securities/Wealth Operations
• Tech-savvy capabilities
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Accountant x 2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Prior TD experience

Accountant x 2 – Assignment Length:
This is a 4-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion based on business needs and performance.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in the office.
