Accountant x2:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Accountant x2 for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Accountant x2 - Job Description:
This project involves providing day-to-day operational support to manage increased volume in financial transactions. The role is primarily focused on ensuring accurate and timely follow-up of client transfers into Wealth.

Accountant x2 - Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to financial institutions for client transfers
• Update internal systems and perform data entry functions
• Utilize ISM, Kofax, and in-house Case Management software
• Participate in daily 15-minute huddles
• Interact externally with financial institutions and handle sensitive customer data

Accountant x2 - Mandatory Skills:
• 1-2 years of operations experience in banking/financial sectors
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• High technical aptitude
• Proficient in Excel, including understanding and working with macros
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone experience

Accountant x2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Call center experience
• Previous Wealth experience
• Experience with ISM, EIS, Ticketing
• Bilingual – French and English
• Experience with macros

Accountant x2 – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

ASAP.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid work arrangement with 4 days in the office from Monday to Thursday.
