Accounting Specialist:
On behalf of our manufacturing client, Procom is searching for an Accounting Specialist for a permanent role. This position is onsite at our client’s Charlotte, NC office 28273.

Accounting Specialist - Job Description:
Seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves supporting the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the U.S. organization, collaborating closely with the Accounting & Financial Specialist, the Group CFO, and colleagues in the U.S. and Italy.

Accounting Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Support accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, employee expenses, and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate accounting and employee records.
• Assist with financial reporting and accounting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and colleagues 
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Accounting Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; Sage 100 is a plus.
• Good Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency is mandatory.

Accounting Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous experience in a multinational company.
• Italian language skills.

Accounting Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a permanent position.
