ADMS & OT Project Manager:
Procom is searching for an ADMS & OT Project Manager for a 12-month role. This position is a remote position based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

ADMS & OT Project Manager - Job Description:
The ADMS & OT Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of small to medium IT/OT projects under the ADMS Program. The role involves managing the post-cutover, hypercare, and transition to operations for ADMS Stage 3, as well as planning and delivering Stage 4. The successful candidate will integrate technology solutions with business operations, driving strategic value and stakeholder engagement.

ADMS & OT Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Deliver ADMS Program including OT leadership and IT/OT coordination
• Design and execute change management strategies with the OCM Lead
• Present project updates and risks to executive stakeholders
• Balance technical implementation with operational business processes
• Adhere to governance frameworks and provide regular updates
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and challenges
• Manage 3rd party vendor SOWs and work authorization

ADMS & OT Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of experience delivering OT, IT, and operational enhancement projects
• Experience with ATCO Project Delivery Framework
• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and managing resources
• Experience in Agile or Iterative Project Delivery
• Expertise in creating detailed project plans and budgets
• Risk management expertise
• Strong proficiency in project management tools like MS Project

ADMS & OT Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience working with regulated utilities
• Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Experience with developing executive-level presentations
• Familiarity with managed service provider engagement processes
• Business analysis skills

ADMS & OT Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension.
