Advisor, Asset Management Governance:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an Advisor, Asset Management Governance for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Advisor, Asset Management Governance - Job Description:
In this role, you will support the ongoing reporting, documentation, and maintenance of the Asset Management Program within the Integrated Management System for Gas Distribution and Storage (GDS). The Advisor will coordinate governance activities, reporting, and manage interdependencies across concurrent GDS initiatives to advance asset management maturity and support implementation and continuous improvement of the program.
Advisor, Asset Management Governance - Responsibilities:
• Develop, coordinate, facilitate, and maintain the Gas Distribution & Storage Asset Management Assurance Plan and associated corrective and preventative actions.
• Support the development, implementation, and sustainment of GDS assurance tools, processes, and procedures.
• Provide and deliver status or progress reporting to working teams and senior management including Quarterly Management Reviews.
• Draft processes, procedures, and job aids to support the continual improvement of Asset Management Governance.
• Support the maintenance, updating, and continual improvement of the Asset Management SharePoint Site, including site permissions.
• Engage and maintain stakeholder relationships to prioritize and facilitate solutions related to asset management and planning.
• Support planning, facilitation, and completion of BU/EAM maturity assessments and/or other Enterprise led assurance activities.
• Support AM Metrics development, implementation, monitoring, and measurement.
• Communicate with stakeholders on technical and complex matters related to policy, procedures, and practice.
Advisor, Asset Management Governance - Mandatory Skills:
• Related university degree with five or more years of relevant experience, or six or more years of field operations experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience with Document management.
• Strong experience with Microsoft tools - Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and support alignment across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting changes to organizational processes and procedures.
Advisor, Asset Management Governance – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Energy industry experience in asset management, project management, engineering, or business development.
• Previous asset management experience.
• Understanding of EGI /Utility core business functions and Operations and regulatory understanding.
• Experience in working with Senior Management and Executive Audiences.
• Experienced in SharePoint.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite (Monday to Wednesday) and 2 days remote (Thursday and Friday).
