Smartsheet Architect / Senior Technical Project Manager
On behalf of our Financial client, Procom is searching for a Smartsheet Architect for a 6-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Westlake, TX office.

Job Description:
The project involves configuring and enabling Smartsheets for the PMO to optimize project management processes. The role focuses on establishing new processes in Smartsheet for effective ongoing project management, enhancing visibility, collaboration, and accountability.

Responsibilities:
• Build, manage, and optimize project plans, workflows, and dashboards in Smartsheet
• Develop standardized processes for project intake, prioritization, and execution
• Establish reporting and insights on project performance, resource utilization, and overall project effectiveness

Mandatory Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of configuring and enabling Smartsheets
• Strong understanding of project management and workflow tools
• Agile methodology experience
• Proven experience in using project management tools

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Understanding of philanthropic giving vehicles such as donor-advised funds
• Work samples demonstrating relevant experience
• Project management certification (PMP)
• Change management certification

Assignment Length:
6-month contract
