Senior Agile Coach
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Agile Coach - Senior for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at one of our client’s offices.

Office Locations: Austin, TX; West Lake, TX; Lone Tree, CO; and Phoenix, AZ

Job Description:
This role involves supporting and operationalizing enterprise benefits realization frameworks and improving Lean-Agile portfolio workflows. The Agile Coach will collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure value measurement processes are aligned with business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Support and operationalize enterprise benefits realization frameworks
• Partner with business and technology teams to define value hypotheses, KPIs, and outcome measures
• Execute and continuously improve Lean-Agile portfolio workflows
• Facilitate and enable prioritization processes
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting artifacts
• Contribute to the design and refinement of end-to-end portfolio processes
• Support rollout of new portfolio practices and change management initiatives

Mandatory Skills:
• 5–8+ years in Portfolio Management, PMO, Value Management, or related disciplines
• Experience with Lean-Agile practices and portfolio operations
• Proficiency in Reporting/analytics (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience in process execution and improvement
• Experience with Clarity, Rally, Jira, or similar enterprise tools
• SAFe certification


Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to benefits realization frameworks and OKR models


Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
