Agile Coach:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Agile Coach for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Agile Coach - Job Description:
The Agile Coach will be embedded within the EMOB Journey Redesign squad, focusing on agile coaching and delivery enablement. The role involves strengthening ways of working, structuring workstreams, improving prioritization, managing dependencies, and accelerating delivery to support the squad in delivering future MVPs and releases.

Agile Coach - Responsibilities:
• Break down the long-term EMOB vision into manageable workstreams, MVPs, and releases.
• Direct the organization, grooming, and refinement of backlog.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Assess processes to identify opportunities to increase agility.
• Operate as a hands-on member of the squad, participating in planning and decision forums.

Agile Coach - Mandatory Skills:
• 7 years of Agile Coaching, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or related experience.
• Proven experience coaching agile teams with planning and prioritization.
• Experience developing and managing delivery roadmaps.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify risks and remove bottlenecks.

Agile Coach – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience delivering complex transformation initiatives.
• Product delivery and product management experience.
• Banking or financial services experience.
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Experience with Agile delivery tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.

Agile Coach – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.

ASAP.

Agile Coach - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
