Agile Delivery Manager (Bilingual Spanish/English):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Agile Delivery Manager for a 4 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Agile Delivery Manager - Job Description:
The Agile Delivery Manager will lead the International Banking – Data Migration and Transformation to Cloud project, which involves developing a cloud platform to integrate data from various sources. This initiative aims to standardize processes and facilitate data publication, ensuring quality, security, and accessibility.

Agile Delivery Manager - Responsibilities:
• Drive the successful delivery of data products for international banking.
• Combine roles of Scrum Master, data delivery specialist, and stakeholder facilitator.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.
• Ensure rapid data delivery and incorporate reusable data products for transversal consumption.
• Promote progressive advancement toward fully cloud-based strategic solutions.

Agile Delivery Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Spanish language proficiency.
• 8-9 years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles, with at least 5 years focused on data-related projects.
• Knowledge in Databricks and Azure.
• Proven track record of delivering data products or solutions in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Agile Delivery Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with data engineering workflows (e.g., ETL processes, data pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices.

Agile Delivery Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from ASAP to October 31st, with the possibility of extension.

Agile Delivery Manager - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office per week.
