Agile PMO Manager:
On behalf of our Transportation client, Procom is searching for an Agile PMO Manager for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga, Ontario office. 

Agile PMO Manager - Job Description:
The Agile PMO Manager will be responsible for setting up and leading an Agile Project Management Office (PMO) tailored to the organization’s needs. This role focuses on governance, portfolio visibility, and measurable outcomes for Agile delivery, requiring strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication.

Agile PMO Manager - Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an Agile PMO framework aligned to the organization’s delivery needs
• Establish governance practices and operating rhythms that support Agile delivery (cadences, reporting, decisioning)
• Define and maintain KPIs/metrics that provide meaningful visibility into delivery health and value
• Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritize and align initiatives to maximize organizational value
• Drive continuous process improvement and help teams adopt more effective ways of working
• Communicate effectively with executive (C-level) stakeholders and influence across a matrixed environment

Agile PMO Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Significant experience as an Agile Program Manager / PMO lead in a large, complex environment
• Proven experience setting up and leading an Agile PMO
• Strong experience building governance frameworks and defining KPIs for Agile delivery
• Excellent professional communication skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment

Agile PMO Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• SAFe / Agile certifications (PMP, SPC, RTE, LPM, Scrum Master, etc.)
• Experience with Agile transformation / PMO transformation initiatives
• Ability to make processes and governance accessible and easy to follow for diverse stakeholder groups

Agile PMO Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
