Agile Project Manager:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Agile Project Manager for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Agile Project Manager - Job Description:
The role involves leading the transition of an existing fraud project from a waterfall approach to Agile delivery. The project is focused on the ERE platform within the FCU fraud domain, requiring a balance of strong project management and Agile skills.

Agile Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Lead the project’s transition from waterfall to Agile delivery
• Manage project plans, delivery, and reporting using both Agile and waterfall approaches
• Work within the FCU fraud domain on the ERE platform
• Work on site 1 to 2 days a week, with Wednesday mandatory at FCP

Agile Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong project management skills, weighted equally with Agile skills
• Agile and waterfall fluency, able to move a project from one to the other
• FCU domain experience, specifically fraud
• Recent BMO experience within the last 4 to 5 years (previous BMO employees or contractors preferred)

Agile Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• PMP certification (preferable, not a showstopper)

Agile Project Manager – Assignment Length:
The assignment length is TBD with the possibility of extension.

Agile Project Manager - Start Date:
ASAP.

Agile Project Manager - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days in the office.
