Agile Scrum Master – Supply Chain Parcel Delivery Platform:
On behalf of our Retail client, Procom is searching for an Agile Scrum Master – Supply Chain Parcel Delivery Platform for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Agile Scrum Master – Supply Chain Parcel Delivery Platform - Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead the agile delivery of a next-generation parcel delivery platform. The project involves managing a cross-functional squad to enhance our cloud-native application with API integrations and Azure services, focusing on supply chain visibility and parcel delivery solutions.

Agile Scrum Master – Supply Chain Parcel Delivery Platform - Responsibilities:
• Act as Scrum Master for a cross-functional squad delivering the end-to-end parcel delivery application
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospective
• Own the squad’s Jira instance end-to-end, maintaining workflows, boards, and reports
• Remove impediments quickly and escalate when necessary
• Coach the team and wider organization on Scrum and agile best practices
• Collaborate closely with the ProductOwner on backlog prioritization and release planning
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and experiments

Agile Scrum Master – Supply Chain Parcel Delivery Platform - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years working as a dedicated Scrum Master
• Proven track record of running high-performing teams delivering API-heavy, event-driven applications
• Deep, recent hands-on experience with Jira administration and advanced configuration
• Strong technical literacy in REST & GraphQL APIs, Azure cloud services, and microservices
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, parcel delivery, or carrier integrations
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication

Agile Scrum Master – Supply Chain Parcel Delivery Platform – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SPC certification
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with webhooks and event-based architectures
• Knowledge of the SAFe/Scrum@Scale framework
• Data-driven mindset with experience using velocity and cycle time metrics

This is a 6 month contract position.
