AI-focused Incident Response Contractor:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an AI-focused Incident Response Contractor for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

AI-focused Incident Response Contractor - Job Description:
The AI-focused Incident Response Contractor will support the Incident Response organization’s AI initiatives by developing and operationalizing AI-assisted cybersecurity workflows. This role involves building AI workflows to enhance investigation efficiency and improve security operations.

AI-focused Incident Response Contractor - Responsibilities:
• Design, prototype, and evaluate agentic AI workflows for Incident Response use cases.
• Build AI-enabled workflow prototypes using frameworks like LangChain and OpenAI Assistants/Agents SDKs.
• Develop structured agent workflows involving tool calling and human-in-the-loop review.
• Create and maintain evaluation methods for AI-assisted security workflows.
• Support AI workflow observability and auditability.
• Document system behavior and workflow assumptions.
• Collaborate with technology partners to integrate AI workflows with security platforms.

AI-focused Incident Response Contractor - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience in Incident Response or related fields.
• Practical experience with security operations workflows.
• Hands-on experience designing or evaluating AI-assisted workflows.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and AI/agent development frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting and development using Python, PowerShell, or similar tools.
• Experience working with structured security data.
• Understanding of AI workflow evaluation methods.

AI-focused Incident Response Contractor – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP or GCIH.
• Relevant postsecondary education.

AI-focused Incident Response Contractor – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the likelihood of extension.

ASAP.

AI-focused Incident Response Contractor - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office per week.
