AI Security Architect:
On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for an AI Security Architect for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

AI Security Architect - Job Description:
The AI Security Architect will bridge the gap between high-level enterprise reference architecture and hands-on solution engineering within a focused AI platform team. This role is delivery-focused, involving the translation of complex, multi-cloud AI architectures into concrete, working designs, and proving them through POCs, POVs, demos, and MVPs.

AI Security Architect - Responsibilities:
• Define and own end-to-end AI platform architectures spanning Azure, GCP, and AWS
• Translate enterprise reference architectures into actionable solution designs
• Design multi-cloud AI ecosystem architectures integrating Microsoft AI Foundry and Google Vertex AI
• Architect security and governance layers, including identity, policy enforcement, and audit pipelines
• Deploy and validate hybrid POC, POV, and MVP environments directly
• Build and configure AI pipelines and enforcement layers across cloud platforms
• Contribute to SecDevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline design for AI workloads
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and security stakeholders for practical feasibility

AI Security Architect - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of platform engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure
• Proven ability to operate from enterprise reference architecture to specific solution design
• Proficiency with SecDevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline design
• Hands-on experience deploying hybrid POC, POV, and MVP environments across Azure, GCP, and AWS

AI Security Architect – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, and systems engineering
• Practical experience with AI-specific observability and cost controls
• Background in threat detection or security analytics for cloud-native workloads

AI Security Architect – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position.
