AML Business Analyst
On behalf of our Financial Institution client, Procom is searching for an AML Business Analyst for a 5-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Charlotte, North Carolina office.

AML Business Analyst - Job Description:
The AML Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying and escalating potential adverse media matches for the client's customers using a portfolio monitoring application. This role involves ensuring compliance with AML regulations and policies, and it is part of the Financial Crimes Risk Management Group.

AML Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Review cases for potential matches based on queue assignments
• Disprove or escalate cases to Level 1 analyst using a decision matrix tool
• Document rationale for dispositions for Level 1 analyst and Quality Assurance review
• Ensure compliance with AML regulations and policies
• Participate in AML compliance training
• Stay informed about emerging threats and trends in financial crime

AML Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in Banking, Financial Institution, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of AML regulations
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Active listening and attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Experience managing large/high-volume workloads

AML Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous AML experience
• Prior banking, financial institution, or corporate work experience
• Strong multitasking skills
• Experience with adverse media, credible sources, and predicate crime/activity
• Ability to identify clear implications tied to a TD Bank customer

AML Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position through November 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
