AML Business Systems Analyst
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for an AML Business Systems Analyst for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Mount Laurel Township, New Jersey office.

AML Business Systems Analyst - Job Description:
The project involves backfilling and providing support for two projects focused on scenario generation and case triage modeling design for transaction monitoring in Canada. The role requires upgrading and maintaining the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring platform to ensure it is resilient, scalable, and compliant.

AML Business Systems Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring platform
• Lead hands-on engineering for OFSAA Transaction Monitoring jobs, including ER, TM, reconciliation, validation, and supporting batch processes
• Act as the highest level technical escalation point for OFSAA TM production incidents
• Design and oversee technical data quality controls, validations, and reconciliations feeding TM scenarios
• Lead technical delivery for scenario changes, tuning, threshold updates, lookbacks, and regulatory commitments
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to engineers, developers, and vendor teams

AML Business Systems Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle OFSAA Transaction Monitoring / FCCM TM
• Experience modernizing or migrating OFSAA / TM workloads to cloud platforms
• Advanced Oracle SQL, performance tuning, partitioning, and database troubleshooting
• Strong experience with AutoSys or equivalent enterprise schedulers
• Experience supporting enterprise AML Transaction Monitoring in a regulated environment
• Proven ability to solve complex, cross-platform technical problems under production pressure
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

AML Business Systems Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Autosys
• ETL experience
• Entity resolution
• Java, Python, or SQL certifications

AML Business Systems Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
