Analytics Developer
On behalf of our financial client, Procom is searching for an Analytics Developer for a 3-month contract. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Austin office.

Job Description:
This role supports analytics, reporting, automation, and data-driven decision-making for technology capacity planning. The Analytics Developer will work closely with Technology leadership, Corporate Strategy, Finance, Clarity, Jira, and enterprise reporting stakeholders to enhance visibility into resource capacity and operational insights.

Responsibilities:
• Support TCE reporting and capacity analytics
• Conduct data preparation and dashboard development
• Automate processes for efficiency
• Gather requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze data from Clarity/Jira and related sources
• Build or enhance Alteryx workflows
• Develop Tableau/Power BI dashboards
• Validate data quality and troubleshoot reporting issues
• Document repeatable processes

Mandatory Skills:
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools
• Experience with Alteryx workflows
• Strong skills in Tableau/Power BI dashboard development
• Ability to analyze data from Clarity/Jira
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in process automation

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to Apptio
• Familiarity with enterprise reporting systems
• Knowledge of technology capacity planning
• Experience in financial analysis
• Understanding of corporate strategy

Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract position.

Assignment Location:
Austin, Texas, United States. Hybrid role with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, with the remote day chosen by the candidate.
