Application Developer Expert:
On behalf of our Corporate Technology client, Procom is searching for an Application Developer Expert for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Chicago office.

Job Description:
The Application Developer Expert will provide essential production support and project delivery for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) applications, primarily focusing on the OpenText Content Server. This role involves day-to-day platform support, including upcoming upgrades and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation, ensuring application stability and enhancing integrated applications.

Responsibilities:
• Provide production support for ECM applications
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes
• Conduct system upgrades and integrations
• Ensure security and compliance adherence
• Participate in major incidents and disaster recovery events

Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of application production support experience
• Hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server
• Experience with ECM/EDMS systems
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
• Experience with ITIL processes
• Ability to support integrated enterprise applications
• Experience in regulated environments with strong security standards

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with OpenText upgrades and migrations
• Single Sign-On (SSO) integration experience
• Application monitoring/telemetry tools
• Azure or cloud technology familiarity
• SQL query writing

Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for conversion to a full-time employee.
