Application Support Analyst I:
On behalf of our IT client, Procom is searching for an Application Support Analyst I for a contract role. This position is a remote position based in Houston, Texas, United States.

Application Support Analyst I - Job Description:
The main function of an Application Support Analyst I is to ensure the organization’s data integrity and accuracy by validating work orders and supporting compliance with company policy and data governance standards. This role involves maintaining high levels of accuracy in data management and supporting the creation of GIS maps.

Application Support Analyst I - Responsibilities:
• Review, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases with a high level of accuracy.
• Resolve inconsistencies or errors.
• Review sketches for accuracy.
• Create maps using GIS.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external data management policies.

Application Support Analyst I - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends or discrepancies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
