Application Support Specialist - Senior:
On behalf of our Health Services client, Procom is searching for an Application Support Specialist - Senior for a 4-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Application Support Specialist - Senior - Job Description:
This role involves providing critical support for Salesforce applications within the Health Services Cluster. The project focuses on maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce platform to ensure seamless operations from June to September 2027.

Application Support Specialist - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Provide support for Salesforce-based applications.
• Manage ticket queues and adhere to SLAs.
• Offer end-user support in a SaaS environment.
• Administer identity-directory systems, such as Microsoft Entra ID.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve application issues.

Application Support Specialist - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience supporting Salesforce-based applications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem, including objects, workflows, flows, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• Proven experience in incident management and customer service orientation.
• Identity and access management skills.

Application Support Specialist - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with other SaaS platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Application Support Specialist - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 4-month contract position.
