Assistant Product Manager:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Assistant Product Manager for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Assistant Product Manager - Job Description:
The Assistant Product Manager will support the Wealth Management Operations team by managing product-related activities, collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing data, and ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives. The role involves working on mutual funds, ETFs, and other wealth products to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Assistant Product Manager - Responsibilities:
• Being the face of product management
• Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Communicates with internal business partners and external customers in response to standard and non-standard inquiries
• Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues
• Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations
• Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards
• Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities
• Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service

Assistant Product Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• At least 2 years of in-office work experience
• Post-secondary education (any field)
• High attention to detail, especially on repetitive tasks
• Ability to prioritize based on urgency
• Organizational skills

Assistant Product Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Fast learner
• Cross-team experience

Assistant Product Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada; Hybrid work arrangement with 1-2 days in the office per week, plus additional days as needed.
