Associate Dispatcher II:
On behalf of our Utilities client, Procom is searching for an Associate Dispatcher II for a contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Evansville, Indiana office.

Associate Dispatcher II - Job Description:
Monitors, dispatches, and load balances work orders to field personnel. Responds to information requests and provides communication between customer service representatives and field personnel.

Associate Dispatcher II - Responsibilities:
• Answers the telephone and performs call-ahead requests for field technicians.
• Receives and dispatches non-emergency work orders to support daily and emergency operations.
• Dispatches orders via Mobile Data and Dispatching Solution.
• Monitors, routes, and documents work orders to service technicians; reviews backlogged work orders.
• Coordinates daily operational requirements between internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolves scheduling concerns between the Call Center, customers, and supervision to achieve optimum results.
• Acts as liaison between the company, customers, and state and local governmental agencies in an emergency situation.

Associate Dispatcher II - Mandatory Skills:
• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of experience with SAP or a mobile data dispatching system.
• 3 years of experience in or supporting gas distribution operations, or equivalent dispatching experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Teamwork-oriented.
• Accessible and open to feedback.

Associate Dispatcher II – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in emergency dispatching.
• Knowledge of technology enhancements in dispatching.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience in utility operations.
• Ability to handle conflict effectively.

Associate Dispatcher II – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position with a consistent shift schedule throughout the contract.
