Associate Service Support:
On behalf of our financial client, Procom is searching for an Associate Service Support for a 12-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Austin, TX 78758 office.

Associate Service Support - Job Description:
This entry-level position with the Desktop Support group at Charles Schwab & Co. focuses on providing real-time support for technology problems and fulfillment services for Schwab internal customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has great customer service skills, and a "can-do" spirit.

Associate Service Support - Responsibilities:
• Work with a team of Desktop Support technicians in one of the largest service centers at Schwab with over 6,000 users.
• System administration of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac OS X desktops and laptops.
• Provide hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and technology support for desktops, laptops, monitors, and personal printers.
• Provide phone support and remote assistance as needed.
• Deploy and reclaim computer equipment, maintaining asset management database with current status.
• Document work in various tools such as Remedy and Clarity.
• Provide excellent customer support to Schwab employees.

Associate Service Support - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in technology and/or 1-3 years' recent experience supporting technology in an enterprise-wide internal Service Center environment.
• Working knowledge of PC technical support for Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac OS X.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with phone support and remote assistance.
• Hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and support for desktops, laptops, monitors, and personal printers.

Associate Service Support – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Remedy and/or Clarity documentation tools.
• Asset management database experience.
• Financial or banking experience.
• Experience in a matrix or regulatory environment.

Associate Service Support – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
