Automation Data Analyst - SQL, Python, Selenium:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Automation Data Analyst - SQL, Python, Selenium for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3-4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Automation Data Analyst - SQL, Python, Selenium - Job Description:
This project involves managing Python-based data pipelines with a SQL database backend, supporting data ingestion, transformation, storage, and reporting. The solution includes web and dashboard components built in Tableau and Power Apps to deliver reliable insights for business users.

Automation Data Analyst - SQL, Python, Selenium - Responsibilities:
• Own feature testing, bug fixes, and maintenance along with other QE activities
• Work closely with the development team to integrate quality engineering concepts
• Provide technical coaching, mentoring, and training to developers
• Drive test case architecture for projects/programs
• Design effective test cases using a manual and automation-based approach
• Automate assigned areas using existing frameworks and create new frameworks
• Support QE process implementation through continuous test execution and reporting

Automation Data Analyst - SQL, Python, Selenium - Mandatory Skills:
• 5 years of Data Analyst experience
• 5 years in a QE/test environment focusing on automated testing
• Experience with Selenium test automation framework
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python
• Proficiency in SQL for writing test scripts and validating data
• Experience with QTest/ALM, Jira, and Confluence
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Automation Data Analyst - SQL, Python, Selenium – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Agile Project Methodologies
• Knowledge of industry practices with a focus on Agile and DevOps
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in technical coaching and mentoring
• Knowledge of Power Apps and Tableau

This is a 6-month contract position.
