Automation Test Lead - Mobile & Web
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Automation Test Lead - Mobile & Web for a 11 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Automation Test Lead - Mobile & Web - Job Description:
The project involves automating UI test scripts for the PO application, enhancing the quality assurance processes within the Digital Technology business group. The incumbent will focus on developing and maintaining a test automation framework to support continuous testing in an agile environment.

Automation Test Lead - Mobile & Web - Responsibilities:
• Be an advocate for quality in the project lifecycle.
• Write moderate to complex code/scripts to test systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain a modular, extensible, and reusable test automation framework.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to develop a test approach.
• Collaborate with Delivery Lead to plan milestones and execute software delivery.
• Report defects and work closely with the team for solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis of post-production issues.
• Introduce and influence overall process improvements.

Automation Test Lead - Mobile & Web - Mandatory Skills:
• 4+ years of demonstrated hands-on and in-depth Test Automation experience on both web and mobile applications.
• 4+ years of test automation experience and in-depth knowledge of programming languages: Java/JavaScript.
• 2+ years’ recent experience with API testing, preferably using Postman.

Automation Test Lead - Mobile & Web – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with AI.

Automation Test Lead - Mobile & Web – Assignment Length:
This is an 11-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days in-office.
