Automation Test Lead - Web & Mobile Application Automation:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Automation Test Lead - Web & Mobile Application Automation for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Automation Test Lead - Web & Mobile Application Automation - Job Description:
The project involves platform evolution within the Client Engineering - Commerce Engineering business group. The role focuses on new development for web and mobile application automation, enhancing the testing framework to support continuous testing in an agile environment.

Automation Test Lead - Web & Mobile Application Automation - Responsibilities:
• Write moderate to complex code/scripts to test systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain a modular, extensible, and reusable test automation framework.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to develop a test approach.
• Work with the Delivery Lead to plan milestones and execute software delivery.
• Report defects and collaborate with the team for solutions.
• Prioritize testing of projects across various businesses.
• Conduct root cause analysis of post-production issues.
• Stay updated with the organization’s products, applications, systems, and tools.
• Introduce and influence overall process improvements.

Automation Test Lead - Web & Mobile Application Automation - Mandatory Skills:
• 4+ years of hands-on and in-depth Test Automation experience on both web and mobile applications.
• 4+ years of test automation experience with Java/JavaScript.
• 2+ years of recent experience with API testing, preferably using Postman.
• Strong automation skills and ability to write full scripts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ensure authenticity of skills and experience listed.

Automation Test Lead - Web & Mobile Application Automation – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with AI.

Automation Test Lead - Web & Mobile Application Automation – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is from July 15, 2026, to September 11, 2026, with the possibility of extension for 6-12 months.
