On behalf of our client, Procom Consultants Group is actively seeking a Benefits Evaluation Analyst.

 

Benefits Evaluation Analyst Job Details

Evaluation and Benefits Realization Support
  • Support the development and implementation of evaluation and benefits realization activities for digital health initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of evaluation plans, logic models, performance measurement frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs), benefits tracking approaches, and reporting frameworks.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to assess project outcomes, adoption, utilization, and benefits realization.
  • Contribute to the preparation of evaluation reports, presentations, briefing materials, and recommendations for project leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives through evidence-based analysis and reporting.
Data Collection, Analysis, and Research
  • Conduct data collection, validation, analysis, and interpretation activities using a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Design, deploy, manage, and analyze surveys and data collection tools using platforms such as Checkbox, REDCap, Microsoft Forms, or similar technologies.
  • Support the planning and execution of workflow assessments, observational studies, time-and-motion studies, user experience assessments, and other evaluation activities within clinical and operational settings.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze findings from clinics, providers, and health system stakeholders to identify trends, challenges, opportunities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for decision-makers.
Reporting, Business Intelligence, and Visualization
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations for project teams, management, executives, and external stakeholders.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reporting on project performance, adoption, utilization, benefits realization, operational metrics, and other key indicators.
  • Use reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, SPSS, R, Python, or similar platforms to support data analysis and visualization activities.
  • Ensure reporting products are accurate, timely, meaningful, and aligned with project and organizational objectives.
  • Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
Data Management and Quality
  • Support data extraction, cleaning, transformation, integration, validation, and maintenance activities across multiple systems and data sources.
  • Manage and reconcile data from digital health systems, operational databases, surveys, spreadsheets, and external datasets.
  • Conduct data quality reviews, audits, and validation activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of reporting and evaluation outputs.
  • Document data definitions, methodologies, business rules, and reporting processes.
Project and Operational Support
  • Provide project coordination and administrative support for evaluation, reporting, and benefits realization activities.
  • Maintain work plans, action logs, issue trackers, meeting documentation, and project artifacts using tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and related platforms.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, interviews, surveys, and evaluation activities as required.
  • Support the preparation of status reports, presentations, briefing notes, and other project deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, analytics, digital health, and vendor teams to gather information and support evaluation and reporting requirements.
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to understand information needs and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Participate in discussions related to performance measurement, reporting requirements, evaluation methodologies, and benefits realization strategies.
  • Work under the direction of the Benefits Evaluation Specialist to execute assigned evaluation, analytics, and reporting activities and support broader program objectives.

  • Able to communicate findings effectively through reports, dashboards, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support a broad range of evaluation, analytics, reporting, and operational activities across multiple digital health initiatives.
  • Capable of balancing technical analysis with stakeholder engagement and project coordination responsibilities.
  • Other duties as required

 

Benefits Evaluation Analyst Mandatory Skills

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of recent, related experience in evaluation, data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, performance measurement, research, or benefits realization, preferably within a healthcare or public sector environment.
  • Experience collecting, managing, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, SPSS, R, Python, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience supporting evaluation, performance measurement, quality improvement, or benefits realization activities, including survey design, data collection, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Experience working collaboratively with clinical, operational, analytics, and digital health stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and experience using collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira, or Confluence.
  • Experience supporting workflow analysis, process improvement initiatives, observational studies, or time-and-motion studies is considered an asset.
  • Experience working within a healthcare, digital health, or health system transformation environment is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of evaluation methodologies, benefits realization frameworks, and healthcare data sources is considered an asset.
  • Experience working in BC Health Authorities considered an asset
  • Knowledge of OceanMD and EMR / CIS systems considered a strong asset
