Bilingual Customer Success Representative

On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual Customer Success Representative for a 12-month contract role. Location is Calgary, AB.

Bilingual Customer Success Representative - Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Representative to provide best-in-class service and customer relationship management to existing and new wholesale customers across their National Wholesale Sales network. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Credit, and Distribution teams to maintain account accuracy and support the reliability of fuel supply to customers.

Bilingual Customer Success Representative - Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, create, and respond to CRM activities related to existing accounts or the establishment of new accounts, pricing, and tax exemptions
• Create and maintain customer master data in D365 CRM for Downstream Sales and Credit teams, including Direct Sales, Retail Sales, Wholesale Distributors, and Petro-Pass accounts
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams, including Direct/Inside Sales, Distribution, Asset Management, Account Managers, Credit, and Invoicing, to maintain and set up new accounts
• Support the security and reliability of fuel supply to customers through accurate account management
• Create reports based on customer needs and provide trusted recommendations on product utilization

Bilingual Customer Success Representative - Mandatory Skills:

• Fluent written and verbal French and English
• 5+ years of experience in a related field (business, sales, marketing)
• Post-secondary education or undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills

Bilingual Customer Success Representative - Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with D365 CRM
• Background in downstream oil and gas, fuel distribution, or wholesale sales
• Experience supporting credit or invoicing functions in a sales environment

Bilingual Customer Success Representative - Assignment Length:
12 months (Sep 2026 - Sep 2027).
