On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (E/F) Customer Service Rep, TSYS for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite per month at our client’s Toronto office.
Bilingual (E/F) Customer Service Rep, TSYS - Job Description:
This role involves supporting the Commercial Card Coordinators by responding to inquiries via email or phone, adhering to service level agreements, and troubleshooting payment reconciliation issues. The candidate will also be responsible for retrieving reports and connecting with various departments such as Fraud, Chargeback, and Accounting to ensure seamless operations.
Bilingual (E/F) Customer Service Rep, TSYS - Responsibilities:
• Respond to Coordinator inquiries with a sense of urgency
• Adhere to service level agreements and acknowledge email inquiries
• Purge and redirect replacement cards to correct addresses
• Track all interactions with internal and external clients
• Report problem logs to vendors for further investigation
• Take ownership of outstanding issues and keep clients updated
Bilingual (E/F) Customer Service Rep, TSYS - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role
• TSYS knowledge
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
Bilingual (E/F) Customer Service Rep, TSYS – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous Commercial Card and Contact Center experience
Bilingual (E/F) Customer Service Rep, TSYS – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
